1. Physical Product Returns
For physical products such as:
Emergency ID sticker
Keychain tag
Activation card
Starter kit
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
The product is unused and in its original condition.
The packaging is complete and not damaged.
The product has not been activated or registered.
Due to the personalised nature of LifeID products, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been:
Activated
Registered under a user account
Linked to personal emergency information
Customised with a unique ID or QR code

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
