EmergencyID shall not be held responsible for any delay, failure of communication, loss of data, misuse of information, or any consequences arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Internet connectivity issues
Device failure or damage
QR code damage or inability to scan
Third-party actions or decisions
Incorrect or outdated information provided by users

Users acknowledge that EmergencyID is a support tool designed to improve access to emergency information and does not guarantee a specific outcome during an emergency situation.
